Supporttree is London based and provides support to the outer regions as well. We provide a very
personal service to our clients offering them immediate assistance rather than the usual response time
offered by most other outsourcing companies. In our scope, we look after companies ranging from
two (2) computers through to seventy (70) computers.
We provide most of our support via remote assistance, telephone support as well as onsite support.
As a company, Supporttree is aiming to understand our client’s needs so that we can provide a
proactive approach to the IT infrastructure of our client. We offer the following Services: Support,
Consultancy, Systems Integration, On-Going Services, Maintenance and Computer Training.
Our services include support for Microsoft Windows® and Apple Mac based systems and to a lesser
level Linux.
We are versed with Windows Mobile and RIM Blackberry technology, and understand a wide range of
applications from Microsoft Office through to Adobe Photoshop. In depth support is also available with
applications such as SQL, Exchange server and Lotus Notes.
Our normal working hours are from 08:30 to 18:30, Monday through to Friday. We also offer
additional hours outside of this time range as per request of the client.We offer the following services:
support, consultancy, systems Integration, On-Going services, Maintenance and training.
Consultancy
We will advise you for all your Business IT requirements, and we will give you a better rate of return
on investments.
Managed Services
Supporttree will monitor, manage and assess your security and disaster recovery plans. We have
experienced and dedicated resources to meet your needs.
Network Services
Supporttree provides the expertise to ensure that all your users can connect, and use the computing
technologies in a safe, secure and efficient manner. Supporttree installs and manages all your
networking system equipment, including the firewalls which protect your network, servers that store
files and run applications (portal, intranet, and web), the email system, and the Voice over IP (VOIP) &
voicemail system.
On-Going Services
Our web design team can work closely with you to improve the visibility of your organization on the
web and increase your internet ranking on the different web search engines.
As of this year (2007) Supporttree now offers advise for companies to allow them to have a ‘greener
IT’ approach. We recognise the need to save power, reduce our carbon imprint whilst not allowing
performace to faulter.
