This SLA serves as a blueprint for the services Support Tree will provide for the client and establishes expectations for the client.
Technical Resources
In order to offer an economical advantage we serve as the client's IT department or as an extension of an already existing staff. Our Support team is capable of handling all levels of support - Levels 1, 2, or 3.
Level 1 involves fielding phone calls and completing tickets -- allowing for the more efficient use of the client's IT staff.
A more advanced service the support team provides (Level 2) is serving as a client's full service Help Desk. This team supports the end user from the initial phone call through trouble shooting, and if necessary the dispatch of a technician for on-site desktop or backend (Level 3) support.

As part of the service we offer Support Tree can assist with web design work and recommend and co-ordinate suitable web hosting options. Our experienced designers can provide simple information only sites and infinite variables up to including fully functional e-commerce options.
