But I have to say and record that Support Tree really did do the business over the last 18 hours.
I rang them at c530 yesterday evening as my personal printer was u/s – I needed it urgently.
All done by 12 noon today.
They did a sterling job – Shaun and Neil need an MiD.

Just a note to congratulate you on the first class service I received from you and your colleagues at Support Tree even though One Stop is a small user.
You have helped me on two occasions in the past few weeks: once where I expected the solution to take a long time, but in fact it took just 10 minutes. The second was for a client and also took just 10 minutes to sort out, you were able to help immediately when we needed you - unlike my client's usual IT provider who phoned back the next day. My client is converted, and so am I!
I will be recommending you to as many people as possible.
